Rally, Rally Eviiil

It stalks, patiently, waiting for the opportune moment. It’s weapon of choice… the 4G63 lance. Spearheading the pressure filled attack is the mighty Mivecy, a morphing creature able to vary in size and shape! Run little subies… run!!!

10 Second Car

It always happens the same way. You’re just out cruising with your buddy, testing out the boost levels of your new build, minding your own business when you pull up to a light and some knob in an overpriced whatever wants to start trouble. You know what you have to do… smoke’em!

Christmas in Edgefield & December Breakfast

The Olde Edgefield District Genealogical Society (OEDGS) along with The Edgefield Civic League and Welcome Center has invited the Masters Miata Club to enjoy the activities on the square this Saturday, December 19, 2015.

Stacey Timmerman’s brother, who is the President of the OEDGS, has encouraged us to attend a presentation of a story of what Christmas was like in textile communities in the 1930’s when textiles were Made In The USA. At 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm. in the Tompkins Library, renown storyteller, Bob Woodyard will be sharing Eph Goodloe’s Christmas at Greenpoint. Goodloe was one of the Hearld-Journal’s most popular columnists in the late 1920s and 1930s. The presentation is an abridged version of Goodloe’s December 1930 story of Christmas in the Saxon and Chesnee mills town.

Please open this PDF file to read more about the events this Saturday – caroling, bands, craftsmen, choirs, moonshine at the Carolina Moon Distillery, and restaurants.

The Root Of All Good

You come from a long lineage of instantaneous action takers. During your family parties, everyone wears belts and whines, whines, whines. You try to tell them they’re all just spinning their heads but they’re a little too screwed up to understand.
