February Breakfast Trip Photos

Parking Lot Shot Parking Lot Shot 2 Egg Tower Parking Lot Shot 3
A crowd gathers in the very chilly predawn darkness in the Food Lion parking lot. The Krispy Kreme doughnuts helped.
Our little Miatas looked slightly out of place in the parking lot of our breakfast spot. Don’t let the sun fool you, it wasn’t any warmer than at the start.
The giant compartmentalized egg shaped tower across the street from Bill & Fran’s keeps the place supplied with egs for scrambling, coffee and orange juice.
After breakfast we all went over to the post office to see if anyone we knew were on the wanted posters.
Parolees Closed Antique Store Open Hardware Store Opera House
Turns out we were all wanted for overeating, so we went across the street to register with our parole officer.
There were plenty of antique stores to shop at, if only they were open.
One place that was open was an old timey hardware store with it’s very own Nobel Prize in Physics.
The opera house wasn’t open either, but if we wanted to hang around for another 10 hours or so we could see the “Philip Myers Project Pet Benefit.”

It was a fine first Saturday experience for all of us who attended. I appreciate all the work necessary by everyone to make events like this happen. May we continue forward as the days get warmer with more drives in the future.
